Anticorrosion construction method of FRP storage tank

Hand paste method should be adopted for FRP anticorrosion construction, which can be divided into intermittent method and continuous method.

The construction before FRP anti-corrosion lining shall meet the following requirements:

1 sealing bottom layer: on the surface of the treated base course, the sealing material shall be evenly applied, and there shall be no defects such as missing coating and sagging, and the natural curing time shall not be less than 24h.

2 repair layer: at the concave and uneven part of the base course, the resin mortar should be used to repair and fill, and the natural curing should not be less than 24h. It can be made of glass fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) or phenolic resin epoxy resin Or vinyl resin Unsaturated resin The base course shall be repaired and leveled.

 

The construction of intermittent resin glass fiber reinforced plastic lining layer shall meet the following requirements:

1 glass Fiber cloth The edges should be cut. Polyester fabric should be pre treated with anti shrinkage.

2. First, brush a layer of bedding rubber evenly, and then apply a layer of fiber reinforced material, which must be close to each other, remove the air bubbles, and then apply a layer of rubber. The rubber should be full.

After the surface is trimmed, the following layers shall be paved according to the above procedures until the number or thickness of the layers meets the design requirements.

4. For each layer of lining, the quality of the previous layer shall be checked. In case of defects such as burr, delamination and bubbles, repair shall be carried out.

When the upper and lower glass fiber layers are overlapped, the gap between the two layers should not be less than 50 mm, and the width of the two layers should not be less than 50 mm.

  

The construction of continuous FRP lining layer shall meet the following requirements:

1. The number or thickness of one-time continuous lining on the plane should not produce slippage, and shell or delamination should not occur after curing.

2. The number of layers or thickness of one-time continuous lining of facade shall not produce slippage, and shell or delamination shall not occur after curing.

3. During lining, the joints of upper and lower layers of fiber reinforced materials shall be staggered, and the staggered distance shall not be less than 50 mm; 1-2 layers of fiber reinforced materials shall be added at the internal and external corners.

4. The construction of the next continuous paving layer shall be carried out after the curing of the previous continuous lining layer.

5. After continuous paving to the number of layers or thickness required by the design, it should be naturally solidified for 24h before the cover layer construction can be carried out.


The construction of FRP cover layer should be evenly coated with surface rubber. When painting for more than two times, after the first curing, brush the next one.

When the FRP anti-corrosion engineering is used as the isolation layer of the whole surface layer or block surface layer of resin mortar, resin mortar and water glass concrete, after the last layer of cloth is paved, a layer of rubber material shall be applied, and a layer of fine aggregate with particle size of 0.7-1.2mm shall be evenly scattered.
